PREPARATION TIME

Your orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days, except in cases of product unavailability. In such cases, an estimated availability date is typically displayed on the product page, and if the duration is extended, we will notify you.

RETURNS

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

You can return all or part of your order under the following conditions:

• your cancellation request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
• the products must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

How do I return the product(s)?

To ensure your return process goes as smoothly and quickly as possible, we ask you to strictly follow these steps (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return):

1. Write to us at hello@luneale.co with your order number to inform us of your cancellation request.

2. Include the product(s) in your package and on a piece of paper write: your order number, complete contact details, and your preference (exchange - specify what for - or refund). You can download and print our return form.

3. Return the package with a shipping method that includes tracking. Please note, without a tracking number, we will not be able to accept any claims in case of a lost package. The return address is as follows:

If you want an exchange:

Once your package is received at our warehouse, the returned products will be checked.

If they are in compliance, you will receive an order email for the payment of the shipping fees for the reshipment. Once the payment is made, the exchanged product will be shipped to you.

If you want a refund:

Once your package is received at our warehouse, the returned products will be checked.

If they are in compliance, we will refund the products (excluding shipping fees) within 15 days of receiving your package, minus a processing fee of 2.3€.

If you have benefited from a "pack" or "multiple products" price and return only part of your order, the products kept will be considered based on their unit price on the site.

What are the delivery zones and rates?

Metropolitan France (including Monaco and Andorra)

Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

French Overseas

Delivery time: 6 to 10 business days

For orders above €22, the carrier will require you to pay VAT and local duties to receive your package. For orders above €150, customs duties will be added.

European Union

Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

Rest of the World

Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days

For countries outside the European Union, customs duties may apply. These are at your expense and will be requested upon delivery of your package by the customs office of the country.
