Size S: capacity 20 ml | Light to medium flow
If during your heaviest days you usually wear regular tampons or can keep your pad on for more than 6 hours.
Diameter: 40 mm – Height: 50 mm

Size M: capacity 25 ml | Medium to heavy flow
If during your heaviest days you usually wear super tampons or can keep your pad on for 3 to 6 hours.
Diameter: 43 mm – Height: 52 mm

Size L: capacity 30 ml | Heavy to very heavy flow
