Le Disque is ideal if you have a slightly weak pelvic floor or if you want to enjoy intimate moments during your period.
Le Disque rests at the front against the pubic bone and is tucked at the back into the fornix (the vaginal cul-de-sac). It stays in place physically, not by suction or pelvic floor pressure.
Thanks to its rear notch, you simply fold it in half before inserting it toward the back of the vagina. To finish positioning it, place your finger in the MoonDrop to hook the front of Le Disque onto your pubic bone.

The MoonDrop (the specific area at the front of Le Disque) lets you gently unhook it from the pubic bone with one finger. However, since removal happens at an angle, it’s best done over the toilet or in the shower.
Some people can unhook Le Disque from behind the pubic bone using only their pelvic muscles, allowing them to empty it while on the toilet. Even so, make sure to remove and rinse Le Disque every 6 hours.

Sterilize Le Disque:
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Fold Le Disque in half and insert it toward the back of the vagina, starting with the notched side.
Once the back is tucked behind your cervix, place your finger in the MoonDrop and lift the front of Le Disque to position it above your pubic bone, locking it in place.
Wash your hands thoroughly and position yourself over the toilet or in the shower.
Place your finger in the MoonDrop to unhook the front of Le Disque from behind your pubic bone, then gently slide it out.
IMPORTANT: Always remove Le Disque over the toilet or in the shower, as it tilts during removal and may empty in the process.
Rinse Le Disque with clean, cold water (to avoid setting the color) or use La Mousse. When on the go, you can clean it with a bottle of water or Le Cleaner.
