The following terms shall be defined as:
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "TOU") are offered by the Publisher of the Site. The User of the Site is invited to read these TOU carefully, to print them and/or save them on a durable medium. The User acknowledges having read the TOU and accepts them fully and without reservation.
These TOU are intended to define the conditions of access to the Site by Users. The Publisher reserves the right to modify the TOU at any time by publishing a new version of them on the Site. The TOU applicable to the User are those in force on the day of their acceptance.
The Site is freely and openly accessible to any User. The purchase of a product or service, the creation of a member area, or more generally browsing the Site implies the User's acceptance of these TOU in full, who thereby acknowledges having fully read them.
This acceptance may consist, for example, of the User ticking the box corresponding to the acceptance sentence for these TOU, worded for instance "I acknowledge having read and accepted all of the Site's general terms". Ticking this box shall be deemed to have the same value as a handwritten signature by the User.
The User acknowledges the evidentiary value of the Publisher's automatic recording systems and, unless they provide proof to the contrary, waives the right to dispute them in the event of a dispute.
Acceptance of these TOU requires that Users have the necessary legal capacity to do so. If the User is a minor or does not have this legal capacity, they declare that they have the authorization of a guardian, custodian, or legal representative.
This Site is published by Teolab SAS. Legal information concerning the Site's host and Publisher, including contact details and any capital and registration information, is provided in the Site's Legal Notice.
Information regarding the collection and processing of personal data (policy and statement) is provided in the Site's privacy policy.
The purpose of this Site is defined as "an informational and online sales website".
A User registered with the Site (member) can access it by logging in with their credentials (email address defined at registration and password) or, where applicable, using systems such as third-party social network login buttons. The User is fully responsible for protecting the password they have chosen. They are encouraged to use complex passwords. If the password is forgotten, the User has the option to generate a new one. This password guarantees the confidentiality of the information contained in their "my account" section, and the User therefore agrees not to disclose or communicate it to a third party. Failing this, the Publisher cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to a User's account.
Creating a personal account is an essential prerequisite for any order or contribution by the User on this Site. To this end, the User will be asked to provide a number of pieces of personal information. They undertake to provide accurate information.
The purpose of collecting data is to create a "member account". Should the data contained in the member account section be lost due to a technical failure or a case of force majeure, the Site and its Publisher cannot be held liable, as this information has no evidentiary value but is purely informational. Pages relating to member accounts may be freely printed by the account holder in question but do not constitute proof in any way; they are for informational purposes only, intended to ensure effective management of the service or of the User's contributions.
Every User is free to close their account and their data on the Site. To do so, they must send an email to Teolab stating that they wish to delete their account. No recovery of their data will then be possible.
The Publisher reserves the exclusive right to delete the account of any User who has violated these TOU (in particular, but not limited to, where the User has knowingly provided false information during registration and the creation of their personal area), or any account inactive for at least one year. Such deletion shall not constitute damage for the excluded User, who shall not be entitled to any compensation as a result. This exclusion does not preclude the Publisher's ability to take legal action against the User, where the facts justify it.
The Publisher makes every effort to keep the Site permanently accessible, subject to maintenance operations on the Site or the servers on which it is hosted. In the event of inability to access the Site, whether due to technical issues or issues of any nature, the User cannot claim any damage and is not entitled to any compensation.
The Publisher of the Site is bound only by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or others.
The User expressly agrees to use the Site at their own risk and under their sole responsibility.
The Site provides the User with information for guidance purposes only, which may contain imperfections, errors, omissions, inaccuracies and other ambiguities. In any event, Teolab cannot under any circumstances be held liable for:
any direct or indirect damage, in particular loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of customers, or loss of data that may result, among other things, from the use of the Site, or conversely from the inability to use it;
a malfunction, unavailability of access, misuse, poor configuration of the User's computer, or the use of a browser rarely used by the User.
The Site may include hyperlinks to other sites.
The User therefore acknowledges that the Publisher cannot be held liable for any proven or alleged damages or losses resulting from or related to the use of, or having viewed, content, advertisements, products or services available on such external sites or sources. Likewise, the Publisher of this Site cannot be held liable if the User's visit to one of these sites causes them harm.
If, despite the Publisher's efforts, one of the hyperlinks present on the Site were to point to a site or internet source whose content was or appeared to a User to be non-compliant with the requirements of French law, the User agrees to immediately contact the Site's publication director, whose contact details appear in the Site's Legal Notice, in order to inform them of the address of the third-party site's pages in question.
A "Cookie" may enable identification of the Site's User, personalization of their browsing of the Site, and acceleration of the Site's display through the recording of a data file on their computer. The Site may use "Cookies" mainly to 1) obtain browsing statistics in order to improve the User's experience, and 2) allow access to a member account and to content that is not accessible without logging in.
The User acknowledges being informed of this practice and authorizes the Site's Publisher to use it. The Publisher undertakes never to communicate the content of these "Cookies" to third parties, except in the case of a legal requisition.
The User may refuse the recording of "Cookies" or configure their browser to be notified before accepting "Cookies". To do so, the User should adjust their browser settings:

All elements of this Site belong to the Publisher or to an authorized third party, or are used by the Publisher on the Site with the authorization of their owner.
Any representation, reproduction or adaptation of logos, textual, pictorial or video content, this list not being exhaustive, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
Any User found guilty of infringement may have their access to the site removed without notice or compensation, and without such exclusion constituting damage to them, without prejudice to any subsequent legal proceedings against them, at the initiative of the Publisher of this Site or its representative.
This Site uses elements (images, photographs, content) credited to: Teolab, iStockphoto, Fotolia, Freepik, Unsplash.
Some illustrative images are AI-generated or AI-edited.
The trademarks and logos contained on the Site may be registered by Teolab, or possibly by one of its partners. Any person reproducing, representing, incorporating, distributing or redistributing them is liable to the penalties provided for in Articles L.713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The Publisher is not responsible for Users' publications, their content, or their accuracy. The Publisher cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any damage that may occur to the User's computer system and/or for any loss of data resulting from the User's use of the Site.
The Publisher undertakes to constantly update the Site's content and to provide Users with accurate, clear, precise and up-to-date information. The Site is in principle accessible at all times, except during technical maintenance operations and content updates. The Publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the unavailability of the Site or parts thereof.
The Publisher's liability cannot be engaged due to a technical unavailability of the connection, whether due in particular to a case of force majeure, maintenance, an update, a modification of the Site, an intervention by the host, an internal or external strike, a network failure, or a power outage.
The Publisher cannot be held liable for the malfunctioning, inability to access, or dysfunction of the Site attributable to unsuitable equipment, poor configuration or use of the User's computer, malfunctions of the User's internet access provider's services, or those of the internet network.
Users are offered the opportunity to contribute to the content of this Site. Users are informed that the Site's Publisher, represented where applicable by moderators, may choose to publish the content in question in this Site's newsletters and on the sites of all its partners, provided the Publisher credits the pseudonym of the contribution's author.
The author therefore waives their rights over the content of their contributions, in favor of the Site's Publisher, for any distribution or use, even commercial, on the internet medium, this always being, of course, subject to respecting the author's attribution.
Access to the site is not geographically limited.
Any notice or notification concerning these TOU, the Legal Notice or the personal data charter must be made in writing and sent by registered or certified mail, or by email to the address indicated in the Site's Legal Notice, specifying the notifying party's contact details, first and last name, and the subject of the notice.
Any claim relating to the use of the Site, the Services, the Site's pages on any social networks, or to the TOU, the Legal Notice or the personal data charter must be filed within 365 days following the day the issue giving rise to the claim originated, regardless of any law or rule of law to the contrary. If such a claim is not filed within the following 365 days, such claim shall be forever inapplicable before a court.
There may be, throughout the website and the Services offered, and to a limited extent, inaccuracies or errors, or information that is inconsistent with the TOU, the Legal Notice or the personal data charter. In addition, unauthorized modifications may be made by third parties to the Site or to related Services (social networks, etc.).
In such a situation, the User may contact the Site's Publisher by postal mail or email at the addresses indicated in the Site's Legal Notice, if possible with a description of the error and its location (URL), as well as sufficient information to allow them to be contacted.
If a provision of the TOU is deemed illegal, void, or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the TOU and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The TOU supersede all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements. They may not be assigned, transferred or sublicensed by the User themselves.
A printed version of the TOU and of any notices given in electronic form may be requested in judicial or administrative proceedings relating to the TOU. The parties agree that all correspondence relating to these TOU must be drafted in the French language.
These TOU are governed by and subject to French law.
Except for provisions of public policy, any disputes that may arise in connection with the performance of these TOU may, prior to any legal action, be submitted to the Site's Publisher for assessment with a view to an amicable settlement.
It is expressly noted that requests for amicable settlement do not suspend the time limits available for bringing legal action.
Except for provisions of public policy to the contrary, any legal action relating to the performance of these TOU must be brought before the courts having jurisdiction over the defendant's place of residence.
