PREPARATION TIME

Your parcels are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in France (Auvergne).

Shipping is generally done within 1 to 2 business days. In case of high activity or temporary unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order if I changed my mind?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items to us, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

⚠️ Hygiene exception, menstrual cups and discs: In accordance with Article L.221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for menstrual cups and discs that have been unsealed after delivery, as these products cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once their original sealed packaging has been opened.

For all other products, returns are accepted provided the item is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Simplified return process

Since June 19, 2026, in accordance with European regulations, the process is 100% digital via a free withdrawal feature available throughout your withdrawal period:

1. Declare your return:
Simply click the button below to fill in our return form, enter your details and order number, then confirm your request. This automatically notifies our team and warehouse, and triggers an immediate email confirmation.

2. Prepare your parcel:
Place the products, well protected, in the box. So our warehouse can identify your parcel immediately, please slip in a piece of paper with your Name and Order Number (or your original delivery note).

3. Ship it:
Send the parcel back using a shipping method with tracking to the following address:

Please note: Keep your proof of postage and tracking number safe. Without them, we will not be able to accept any claim if the parcel is lost by the carrier.

Refund or exchange?

You specify your choice directly in the online form.

• Exchange: If the products are compliant upon receipt, we will send you a link to pay for the shipping cost of the new parcel. Your exchanged product will be shipped as soon as this payment is received.
• Refund: If the products are compliant, we refund the full amount paid, including the initial shipping cost at the standard rate, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your request, with no processing or handling fee deducted.

Special case "Packs": If you return part of a pack, the products you keep will be re-invoiced at their standard unit price, and the difference will be refunded to you.

SHIPPING: ZONES AND RATES

🇫🇷 Mainland France (Corsica, Monaco and Andorra included)

GLS Flex Delivery info: this is a home delivery requiring a signature. If you are not present at the time of delivery, GLS will leave the parcel at a Mondial Relay Pickup Point so you can collect it as soon as possible. In this case, no refund of the price difference between "Home Delivery" and "Pickup Point" can be claimed.

We deliver to: Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion
⚠️ Above €22, the carrier will ask you to pay VAT and local sea duty ("octroi de mer") to receive your parcel. Above €150, additional customs duties will apply.
